Once you’ve chosen your package and start date, we’ll make it official with the signed contract + retainer fee. Please see my FAQ’s to read more about my payment schedule. You’ll receive a welcome email once you’re officially booked.
02. Booking
After booking, I’ll send you a brand exploration questionnaire that you’ll complete before our start week. This is a glimpse into your business, your goals, your preferences, and your ideal clients. It sets the stage for our first meeting!
03. Questionnaire
The first week of your project, we’ll have a phone meeting to get acquainted. We’ll talk about the project, and I’ll be available to answer any questions you might have.
04. Your Start Week
After I understand our goals and visual direction, I will create a Creative Brief PDF document for your review & approval. The guide will showcase inspiration, messaging, your mission and more. It's our compass for the project!
05. The Creative Brief
This is the magic!! I will take everything we’ve worked on (sketches, refinements, computer illustrations, etc.), and I’ll plug it into a gorgeous, comprehensive PDF for you.
06. The Brand Presentation
With my One Concept Approach, chances are you’ll love everything in the Brand Presentation. That said, this is a collaborative approach, and refinements are absolutely ok. We’ll ensure the suite fits your needs perfectly.
07. Refinement
If your project includes custom site work and/or custom stationery + collateral, this is when we’ll approach these pieces. I absolutely love how cohesive a brand launch feels when we’ve worked on all of this together.
08. Web & Tangibles
Everything will land in your capable hands! Logo files will be delivered via Dropbox, paper goods are delivered, your site will launch, and you'll have a plan and graphics for the announcement. High fives! You did it!
09. Launch
I'm your biggest cheerleader. After your project launches, I will feature your project on my Instagram (feed and/or stories). I absolutely love sharing projects!

I'm so glad you'd like to work with me, but nope: the only way to hold your date is by sending in a contract and retainer.
Keep in mind that I’m usually booking my calendar a few months in advance. It’s important to contact me right away if you think you’d like to work together. I'm happy to hold a future date for you.
I don't like working off timelines - I don't think it leaves space for creative exploration without pressure. I require a retainer to book my services, and officially get onto my calendar. The balance may be paid in two or three payments. Depending on your total, payments are usually due: at booking, your start week, at the 4 week mark, and at the 8 week mark. Your invoice will have details!

Your payments will be on a 4 installment plan: 25% due to get on the calendar, 25% due the week we get started, 25% due by week 4, and the final balance due by week 8. If you have stationery, full payment will be due before your stationery is ordered.

Your payments will be on a 3 installment plan: I require 33.3% to retain my services, and officially get onto my calendar. The balance may be paid in two payments. At least 50% of the balance is due the week we get started. The remaining balance is due by week 4. If you have stationery, full payment will be due before your stationery is ordered.
